The Plymouth Michigan Real Estate market seems to be right on track to do the same numbers as last year...with a slight increase.

Last year at this time the number of homes sold in Plymouth (City & Township) was 265...with a total number of homes sold for 2009 at 355.

This year to date the number of homes sold has increased slightly to 285, this is a good sign, hopefully we will be able to reach 400 homes sold this year in Plymouth.
